Good News!

It is finally here, wParallax EXR maps now work inside Unreal Engine with the same features like in 3Ds Max and Cinema4D!

After almost 1 year of trial and error, and close collaboration with an Unreal developer, we are now able to bring to you a new Unreal Shader that is compabitle (specifically) with wParallax EXR maps!

Some further explanation regarding this new product and what to do as an existing customer of wParallax products:

Due to the nature of this Unreal product, we are unable to include it with the Gumroad products, because it will require constant support for game engine issues, and it had to get the stamp of approval from the Unreal Team, which is only possible through the Unreal Marketplace submission. Also, this product will be maintained by another person outside of wParallax.

However, as an existing customer of wParallax from Gumroad, you already own all the EXR files, which are compatible with the New Unreal Shader. We made this quick tutorial to show you how to use your existing EXR maps inside Unreal:

So just to clarify:

You do NOT need to purchase this product on the Unreal Marketplace
You can use EXR files that you already have together with the New Unreal Interior Mapping Shader
Regarding existing customer discounts: As much as we have tried there is no possibility to create the Discount Codes for Unreal Products. But, we have submitted a request for Discount, which usually takes 2-3 weeks to activate on Unreal Marketplace. So you can expect a 20% discount soon (by early June) on Unreal Marketplace soon.
